Mahna Mahna

We took the boys to see the new muppet movie this past weekend and now the Mahna Mahna song is stuck in my head ever since and apparently is stuck with the boys as well…or at least their version of it.

Here is a link to the actual song if you need a better reference point.

There’s a very good chance this will now be stuck in your head…enjoy.

Missing The Overbite

Mason and I went to a junior hockey game last night and in typical fashion he tried his darndest to get on the big screen.  The only thing missing from his dance routine is the overbite that I display during my dance routines.

Lemonade Success!!!

Thank you to everyone that helped/supported/attended the lemonade stand this year as we raised $860.  A huge increase from last year’s total of $165.  We had a great turn out of children and parents that came over and enjoyed the tasty lemonade, cookies, chips, brownies, bounce house, and a craft table organized and run by my dear mother.  My parents were a surprise and very welcome appearance, especially in that my dad put everything away for me while I was back in Stl enjoying the World Series. (No cardinals celebrations here please)  The stand was scheduled to end at 5pm, but carried late into the evening when my dad and I wrapped things up with a trip to Whataburger.  Thanks again to everyone and here’s to hoping that next year’s will be even larger!

Happy Halloween

While Cutler did go out trick or treating last Halloween, this is the first one that really meant something for him and where he fully understood the objective of the night and he loved it.  Cutler recycled one of Mason’s old costumes as a dinosaur/dragon (your pick) and Mason chose the dark side and went as Darth Vader.  Below are a couple of pictures of the boys and their friends.  The best one is probably of Cutler showing how much he enjoys chocolate.
