These numbers keep getting better and better!  Today we hit 3200 for WBC and ANC was 2208!  In addition to that, he took formula for me via syringe and ate some baby food this evening.  The doctors continue to assure us that he WILL start to eat as his numbers increase.  So we just need to be patient.

Last night was quite eventful – I woke at midnight to a constant and loud noise in the room.  Apparently the ventilation system was over-filtering and we were literally suctioned into the room!  Needless to say, sleep was elusive until 4:30ish.  The system wasn’t repaired during the day…much to Grammy’s frustration…so Cutler and I are waiting to be moved to a different room, just for overnight.  They will repair the ventilation in our room tomorrow morning, then we can move back.  I pray that Cutler and I both get a good night’s sleep tonight.

Above are a few pictures from today.  You can see Cutler is a happy boy, as usual.  He wasn’t so sure about the hat after he had it on for a few minutes!  And we used Mason’s window chalk to decorate his windows.  I will have to assure Nancy and Maggie, the cleaning ladies, that I will remove chalk when we are discharged 🙂

Thanks for the continued prayer…we’re getting close to getting out of here and resuming a somewhat normal life.  God is great to the Fricke Four!

  2. Happy Days are Here Again!!!!

    Answered Prayer,

Again I say to you that if two of you agree on earth concerning anything that they ask, it will be done for them by My Father in heaven.

For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them. Matthew 18:19, 20
