We were recently reminiscing with my parents about a time my mother had one margarita too many when out for lunch with myself, dad, and Mason as a baby.  As a side trip from lunch we decided to shop for a tv and since Mason had fallen asleep in the car mom had decided she would stay in the car with him rather than wake him.  When dad and I returned to the car we found both Mason and Grandma fast asleep.  While telling this story to Mason, grandma spoke up defensively saying that she was protecting him and Mason quickly responded with “By sleeping?”.  I love the quick wit that he is developing.
